1. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers via the online shop of Terrace Tribe whose trademark is owned by Design Bloke, and whose trading company is Design Bloke, Edinburgh EH10 7HH (hereinafter altogether referred to as Terrace Tribe).

Our online-shop is hosted by Squarespace who provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you and process your payments via Stripe. 

2. Registration

2.1 Only customers who have properly and truthfully registered shall be permitted to make purchases at Terrace Tribe.

2.2 Only one account per customer is permitted.

2.3 Any type of commercial use for the purpose of resale of goods to third parties is not permitted.

2.4 Violations of the above prohibitions may lead to immediate exclusion and the assertion of claims for damages by Terrace Tribe. Terrace Tribe may, in addition, limit the maximum delivery quantities per item and customer.

3. Contract conclusion

3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but merely an invitation to order.

3.2 Clicking the button “complete order” in the shopping basket shall be deemed a binding offer by the customer.

3.3 The automatically generated confirmation email shall document receipt of the order. A binding contractual relationship shall only arise upon Terrace Tribe confirming dispatch of the goods by email (shipping confirmation), but at the latest upon delivery of the goods.

3.4 If, while processing the order, Terrace Tribe finds that the products ordered by the customer are not available, the customer shall be informed by email. No contract over the unavailable goods shall be created.

4. Prices and shipping costs

4.1 The prices quoted in Football Town online shop at the time of ordering shall apply. The prices quoted are net prices inclusive of statutory VAT.

4.2 Postage and packaging are charged in addition to every order placed with Football Town. The actual total invoice amount shall depend on the mode of delivery and payment. Exact shipping costs shall be displayed to the customer in the course of the ordering process. In exceptional cases and for special promotions shipping may be free of charge.

5. Terms and conditions of delivery

5.1 Only UK delivery is available at the current time.

5.2 Warehouse goods are usually ready for dispatch, custom-made goods after four to six weeks.

5.3 However, claims for damages by the customer in the event that an order does not arrive by the requested or notified delivery date are excluded.

5.4 Should delivery of the goods fail through the customer’s fault, Terrace shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract. Any payments made shall be refunded without delay.

5.5 Delivery is handled by Royal Mail recorded delivery and usually takes between 2 – 4 days.

6. Payment terms

6.1 Payment should be made by Credit Card or Debit Card at time of purchase. Payment is handled by Stripe. Data is encrypted and transmitted to Stripe for processing.

6.2 Terrace Tribe does not hold on to any payment details for any order.

6.2 Football Town may cancel or suspend an order if
(a) a customer is not or does not appear to be creditworthy,
(b) has been issued with more than one payment reminder,
(c) there are justified suspicions of dishonest intentions,
(d) payment has been declined at point of purchase.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from Terrace Tribe, but if you are seeking a refund or exchange for any reason, please refer to the terms below:

7.1 Please inform us by email at info@terracetribe.com if you are seeking a refund or exchange and we will provide you with the returns postal address. 

7.2 Item(s) must be returned to Terrace Tribe tagged, unworn and neatly folded and packaged. Do not fold across the print when re-packaging your item(s).

7.3 Washed item(s) are not eligible for refund.

7.4 Item(s) that are not in a saleable condition on return to Terrace Tribe will not be considered for a refund or exchange.

7.5 The customer will be responsible for paying postal costs for returning item(s).

7.6 Postal costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty (see 'Section 5' of 'Terms of Service' page for more info). The customer will also be responsible for the item(s) reaching us in good time and condition. You may want to use a trackable postal method.

7.7 For all queries regarding returns and exchanges, please send an email to info@terracetribe.com - we always do our best to respond to any customer services queries within two working days.

7.8 Refund processing time - If approved for refund, it will be credited to your original method of payment.

7.9 If you have not received your refund within 5 working days, please contact us at info@terracetribe.com.

8. Retention of title

The goods shall remain the property of Football Town until full payment has been made.

9. Redemption of coupon codes

9.1 Coupon codes shall be redeemable for orders above the minimum order value stated on the coupon.

9.2 No more than one coupon code may be used for each order.

9.3 Coupon codes shall be valid for the time period stated.

9.4 Coupon codes may not be transferred to third parties.

9.5 Coupon codes may not be offset retrospectively against an order.

9.6 Coupon code credits shall not be paid out in cash or earn interest.

10. Data protection

10.1 Terrace Tribe shall only store data which is required for the purposes of customer service.

10.2 In order to create a customer account, customers will be required to provide personal data. This includes first name, last name, email address, addresses and telephone number. The information labelled with an asterisk is necessary for the processing of orders. The provision of additional personal data is voluntary and is used to create a customer profile. This is used by Terrace Tribe for the purposes of data processing, administration of customer accounts and for marketing, for example the personalised sending of newsletters if the customer wishes to receive these.

10.3 Terrace Tribe uses cookies. However, these are merely used for storing customer transactions and facilitating the customer’s future visits and purchases. Cookie permissions may be changed in the security settings of the customer’s browser.

10.4 Terrace Tribe uses Google Analytics to enable analysis of website usage. This generates anonymised analyses and diagrams. Google Analytics is used merely for the purposes of Terrace Tribe’s own market research and for anonymised remarketing measures in order to adapt the design of the website optimally to customer requirements.

10.5 No personal data are transferred to third parties without the customer’s knowledge, except for data which has to be transmitted in order to implement orders, handle and control payments, carry out credit checks, and perform statistical analyses.

10.6 User details may be changed at any time in “My account” – “Edit your account information”. Addresses can be changed in “My account” – “Modify your address book entries”

10.7 Information we receive from you helps us to continually improve your shopping experience and create a customer-friendly and individual experience.

11. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions may change. We therefore state the date of the last amendment. Version 1: 07.04.2024
